Birth Control Pill
A daily pill that prevents ovulation using hormones (estrogen, progesterone, or both).

Birth Control Patch
A weekly skin patch that releases hormones to prevent pregnancy.

Vaginal Ring
A removable hormone-releasing ring that provides monthly protection.

Birth Control Shot (Depo-Provera)
A hormone injection providing 3 months of protection.

Implant (Nexplanon)
A small, flexible rod placed under the skin in your upper arm for up to 3 years of pregnancy prevention.
Long-Lasting & Reversible Options

IUD (Intrauterine Device)
A small, T-shaped device placed in the uterus for 3-10 years of birth control. Available in hormonal or non-hormonal (copper) options.
Barrier Methods

Male & Female Condoms
Protect against pregnancy and STIs when used correctly.

Diaphragm
A flexible, reusable barrier method used with spermicide to block sperm from reaching the uterus.
Emergency Contraception

Morning-After Pill (Plan B or Ella)
A safe and effective option to prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex.
